Extreme Conditions Demand Extreme Responses is the debut full length album by grindcore band Brutal Truth. It was released on October 6, 1992, on Earache Records. Music videos were made for "Collateral Damage" (which once held the Guinness World Record for the shortest music video) and "Ill Neglect". In March 2009, the magazine "Terrorizer" named the album the number one american grindcore release.

Brutal Truth split in 1999, but was reformed in 2006.
