This is b-side project of singer and bassist of Barricada band, "El Drogas", which was released in 1999 and just released an album self-title. The intention was to form a band more or less stable and to record two or three albums. But when he recived such cold and skeptical answer by Barricada fans used to listen to classic rock'n'roll, LA VENGANZA DE LA ABUELA disbanded in two years. Now, 12 years have passed many think the hard part is interesting. Tags are hate but help us to define a more or less how it sound, in this case we can mention musical styles such as: industrial, rock, funk and heavy-metal influences. The merit is that the album is the "El Drogas" risked so much to distance themselves from all the label had put him (the rock with long hair). The disadvantage is that there are songs that do not quite gelled , are difficult to digest ... Anyway if you listen several times , you may get to like songs like: "Esa jodida manera", "Frio en los pies " or " Martillo ". Listen to it and judge for yourselves .
