Kicker is a punk rock band that emulates the classic sound of the late 70s and early 80s in a style extremely reminiscent of british bands. It has former members of Neurosis, Filth and Dystopia. They are fronted by Pete the Roadie, who has worked with bands like Subhumans, Amebix, Neurosis, Fugazi, MDC and Jello Biafra. They have released three EPs on various labels, and are going to release their first full-length in late summer of 2012, later comes this third album entitled "pure drivel" much better than their predecessors in many senses: composition, quality sound, technical level, etc. Pure, simple and direct punk rock with political lyrics.
