optimistic and funny punk from Basque Country. After ten years playing in hardcore, metal or hard rock bands, five musicians decided to found  a classic band in 1999, making fast punk which remind early 80s british bands, but with different attitude, closer to optimistic and positive point of view in the vein of californinan bands. Txapelpunk started as a punk band like GBH, but with some kind of optimistic attitude. Singer (Iñigo) use to write jokes or parodies to tell us stories about: unemployment, police brutality, love, saturday night, parties, work, etc. Vocalist sing in both, basque and spanish language.
