“Filmer för blinda” differs from our other releases on different aspects. One thing is that we really took our time to add different things to it, it was not as hurried as some of the previous recordings. It is also mixed by another guy than our previous releases, by Ulf Blomberg this time, he has worked with bands like Birdflesh, Wolfbrigade, Crawl among others. The songs has a decent vareity to them, the full spectrum of the Järnbörd – sound is on display here.
Some songs are quite new, but some of them predates the songs on our recent split-releases. It’s fast, it’s mid-tempo, it crawls and sometimes is somewhat cathcy. It contains both our fastest and our slowest songs ever recorded.

We who try to create light in the darkness through art, literature, or music often do so in vain. We show Movies for the blind (Filmer för blinda)”. “Filmer för blinda” was recorded in Studio Covid by Niklas Ehrlin, with the exception of the drums, which were recorded in Studio Tonhuvud by Hannes Heed.
